1. Payment

When you have collected the items you want to buy in your shopping cart, click on the Checkout button to send us your order. You will be asked some questions about delivery details and how you want to pay for the goods. You may choose your currency, however, all prices in currencies other than Pounds Sterling, are calculated on a daily exchange rate basis, and we cannot guarantee the price you see today in these converted currencies will be the same at any other time you visit the site. Please note all prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

Online we only accept the payment types illustrated in the checkout process. If you want to pay by other means, then please use the information from this site to help you compose a telephone, fax or postal order to us. For UK customers only we will also accept personal cheques in Pounds Sterling but we will not be able to start processing your order until we receive your cheque and despatch may be subject to funds clearing.

The simplest option is to choose to pay by credit card online. If you do this, we will be able to send your goods as soon as you have completed the order process.

If your credit or debit card does not operate in Pounds Sterling your card company will convert the transaction into your own currency on your statement. All transactions will appear on your statement as "Immediart Ltd. ".

All credit card and personal details that you send to us through the Internet are encrypted for your safety, which ensures they cannot be seen by anyone attempting to intercept your visit to our site.

However, if you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can use the information on this site to compose an order and then contact us by post, fax or telephone using the information on our Contact Us page.

2. Shipping

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order in a timely manner. We therefore take a simple, cost-effective approach to getting your order to you:

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery:
Your order will be despatched from our Production Centre within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your order and payment details and delivery will take place within 24 hours of its despatch via the Royal Mail. Please note that your orders placed after 1730 hours on one day will be considered placed on the follow day when calculating the above delivery expectations.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Cost: Flat rate £5.50 for all orders. (We will endeavour to use as few print tubes as possible to fulfil your order, but reserve the right to make additional postage and packing charges if you order more prints than will fit in one parcel.)

EU Air Mail:
Your order will be despatched from our Production Centre within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your order and payment details and delivery will take place within 5 days of its despatch from us. Please note that your orders placed after 1730 hours on one day will be considered placed on the follow day when calculating the above delivery expectations.

EU Air Mail Cost: Flat rate £7.50 for all orders. (We will endeavour to use as few print tubes as possible to fulfil your order, but reserve the right to make additional postage and packing charges if you order more prints than will fit in one parcel.)

Rest of the World Air Mail:
Your order will be despatched from our Production Centre within 2 to 3 days of receipt of your order and payment details and delivery will take place within 14 days of its despatch from us. Please note that your orders placed after 1730 hours on one day will be considered placed on the follow day when calculating the above delivery expectations.

Rest of the World Air Mail Cost: Flat rate £10.00 for all orders. (We will endeavour to use as few print tubes as possible to fulfil your order, but reserve the right to make additional postage and packing charges if you order more prints than will fit in one parcel.)

Shipping Communications:
If you give us a correct email address, we will keep you informed of production and shipping progress.

(Despite all of the above Shipping information, problems do occur in the postal systems we are relying on, so please allow a little extra time than we have stated before chasing us for an update. We will endeavour to get in touch and check your order has arrived safely anyway, but please make sure you contact Customer Services within 28 days of your order if it has not arrived.)

A signature may be required if the product is sent by any form of registered post. We cannot deliver to PO box numbers.

3.       Returns Policy:

We operate a Returns Policy to ensure total satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 16 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To return a product under this Returns Policy you must contact Customer Services first. You must provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase.

We produce each print to order, and consequently do not store or supply previously supplied prints in subsequent orders. Therefore, in order to return a print, please destroy it by cutting out the part of the print that holds the identification label on the reverse. This will be able to fit in a small envelope. For returns from within the UK please this envelope to Customer Services, Immediart Ltd, FREEPOST NAT9631, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, BA15 2BF, UK.

For products to be returned from outside the United Kingdom, you must send the part of the print that holds the identification label (see above instructions) to Customer Services, Immediart Limited, PO Box 3593, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire BA15 2YB.

When making a refund, we will credit our delivery charges if the reason for return is because of our error or if the products are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity. We will not refund delivery charges for any other reason (other than those stated in our Conditions of Use).

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
