Immediart are Hewlett-Packard's business integration partner for Print on Demand systems.

We have two principal offerings:

1 Print on Demand systems for retailers, museums and art galleries

The Hewlett-Packard Print on Demand system at the National Gallery in London allows customers to choose from 900 posters at three different sizes. Before the gallery installed the Print on Demand service they could only stock 60 different posters. Soon the whole collection will be available at a number of different sizes and prices.

The use of technology means there is no need to invest in long print runs and years of storage and the use of touch screen kiosks and digital displays makes efficient use of floor space.

The Immediart team has been involved with retail Print on Demand systems for a number of years. This combined with retail experience, e-commerce development and expertise in Human Computer Interaction makes us ideal partners.

We can do as much or as little as you want. From business planning and financing, to technical advice on digitizing your collection and putting it into a database - through to the installation of the machines. We can also give advice on the retail environment as well as train shop assistants to sell pictures and operate the printer. We can help you monitor the system so you know exactly what your customers have been looking at, what has been printed and how much it was sold for.

2 Immediart sales and fulfillment services

We use our own large format HP printers to generate income for owners of visual content through partnerships with websites, magazines and newspapers. These media owners promote high quality print to their readers, we take the order, print and package the posters and distribute the revenue collected.

The very nature of Print on Demand lends itself to a profit share business model for publishers and content owners.

We offer a complete package of business development and fulfillment services. We can build on your existing relationships or build new ones with you. Orders can be taken via a local rate telephone number, a website or the post. We take care of all the data protection and security headaches as well.

You don't have to invest in hardware or software each partner focuses on what they do best the magazines understand their readers and design the promotion, the image owners find exactly the right images and Immediart bring everything together and ensure consumers have a trouble free shopping experience.
